Simply Knit and Crochet is a small handmade business based in Cornwallis Park, Nova Scotia, created by Debora — a lifelong maker with a passion for crafting warm, practical pieces by hand.

Growing up in a small country village in Nova Scotia, there was not a lot for children to do. Debora’s mother taught her to knit and crochet to pass the time, and she quickly discovered a love for working with yarn. Over the years, that early lesson grew into a lifelong skill and a source of comfort, creativity, and joy.

Now approaching retirement, Debora opened Simply Knit and Crochet to continue doing what she loves while sharing her handmade creations with others across Canada. Each item is carefully knitted or crocheted by hand, with attention to comfort, durability, and everyday usefulness.
