At Simply Knit and Crochet, each item is handmade with care. If there is an issue with your order, we are happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if there is a problem with the item received.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns or refunds will not be accepted after 30 days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos may be requested to help resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade nature of our products, custom and made-to-order items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
